The Flex Tip’s end knob must be fully inserted into the reinforced

portion of the flag. (End-most point of flag sleeve.)

Because the Flex tip ships INSIDE the mamba pole for protection, the tip

can sometimes become lodged up inside the mamba pole during shipping.

With the large/open end of the mamba pole

down, give the pole a stiff rap on the ground and the flex tip will drop

out of the mamba pole.
